Ingredients: Sugar (% 3.7), milk powder (fat 1%), acidity regulator (citric acid E 330), peach flavour (natural identical), thickener (xanthan gum, guar gum, E 412), anti-caking agent (tricalcium phosphate E 341), colours (caramel E 150a, carmoisine E 122).

Usage: Add 500 grs of JusteFood gelato mix, 3 lt water or milk and plus 700 gr. sugar. Mix it well in ice cream machine. You can use sugar from 500 gr to 800 gr according to traditional taste of local market.

Packaging:  500 gr, 5 kg, 25 kg sealed pack

Storage: Keep away from the sunlight. Keep in a cool and dry place, tightly sealed.
