Ingredients: Sugar (%1.1), milk powder (fat 1 %), acidity regulator (citric acid E330), raspberry flavour (natural identical), thickener (xanthan gum, guar gum,E412, anti-caking agent (tricalcium phosphate E341), colours (brillant blue E133, carmocine E122).
Usage: Add 500 grs of JusteFood gelato mix, 3 lt water or milk and plus 700 gr. sugar. Mix it well in ice cream machine. You can use sugar from 500 gr to 800 gr according to traditional taste of local market
