Ingredients: Sugar (%5.6), milk powder (fat 26%), caramel flavour (natural identical), thickener (xanthan gum, guar gum E412),  anti-caking agent (tricalcium phosphate E341), colour (caramel E150a, tartrazine E102, sunset yellow E100).

Usage: Add 500 grs of JusteFood gelato mix, 3 lt water or milk and plus 700 gr. sugar. Mix it well in ice cream machine. You can use sugar from 500 gr to 800 gr according to traditional taste of local market

Storage: Keep in cool and dry place, tightly sealed and shaded.
