Ingredients: Wheat flour, corn starch, ionized salt , extra spices and spicy extracts, guar gum, sodium bicarbonate.

Usage:  Add 1 scale of Juste Chicken Coating Mix in 2 scales of  water and stir until the mixture becomes homogeneous. Apply dry coating mix on chicken then put chicken in homogenized mixture and again apply on dry coating mix. Deep fry in vegetable oil at 180 C°. Deep fry breast for 4 minutes, wings 7 minutes, drumsticks 11 minutes, chicken legs 13 minutes. ( It is possible to get 5-7 kg coated chicken with 1 kg package. )

Packaging: 1 kg, 5 kg, 25 kg  sealed pack.

Storage: Keep away from the sun light and keep in a cool and dry place.
